Welcome to The Empowerment Path
I’m Tamara Hayes - Trauma-Informed Life Coach, Energy Healer, and the creator of The Empowerment Path. But more than that, I’m a woman who has lived through the pain of feeling disconnected from herself and who found her way back.
For years, I moved through life in survival mode: high-functioning, but empty. Achieving, but still feeling unseen. Like many women, I carried the weight of childhood trauma, toxic relationship patterns, and the unspoken belief that I had to shrink who I was just to be loved.
Healing didn’t happen overnight. It happened in layers, through self-inquiry, spiritual practice, boundary work, energy clearing, and the deep, raw process of remembering who I really was underneath the pain.
That’s what led me to create The Empowerment Path, a coaching practice built on compassion, clarity, and transformation. Through my signature program Embrace Your Essence, my retreats, meditations, and group offerings like the Sacred Self-Love Society, I help women break generational cycles, reclaim their voice, and return to the truth of who they are.
