The Sacred Self-Love Society

The Sacred Self-Love Society is a six-month guided membership designed to help women move out of survival mode and into a life rooted in safety, self-trust, and emotional wholeness. Inside this intimate container, you’ll experience structured group coaching, personalized 1:1 support, trauma-informed tools, embodied practices, and reflective curriculum that gently reshapes the way you relate to yourself, your body, and your relationships. This is not about fixing yourself, it’s about remembering who you are beneath the patterns, the pressure, and the past. SSLS is for women who are ready to stop abandoning themselves and start building a life that feels grounded, aligned, and true.

For women who feel called to go deeper, the following one-time add-ons are available at enrollment:

  • Human Design Report
    A personalized energetic blueprint offering insight into how you are designed to move through the world, make decisions, and honor your natural strengths. This report supports deeper self-understanding, alignment, and compassionate self-leadership throughout your journey. 

 

* Because Human Design is based on the moment you entered the world, your report requires your birth date, the city and state where you were born, and your exact birth time from your birth certificate. This allows your chart to be created with integrity and precision. If you are unsure of your birth time, I invite you to explore this offering when that information becomes available to you.

  • Energy Healing Session
    (4) Weekly sessions designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and energetic clearing. The Energy Healing Session is a gentle, supportive companion to your SSLS journey. While the curriculum, reflection, and coaching guide your awareness and growth, energy healing works at a deeper, subtler level, helping the body release what the mind may not yet have words for. This session is designed to support emotional softening, nervous system regulation, and energetic clearing, allowing your healing to integrate more fully and with greater ease. It is not required, but for women who feel called, it can offer a deeply nurturing layer of support as you come home to yourself.

Founding Sister Invitation

The Sacred Self-Love Society is intentionally kept small so every woman receives deep, personalized care and support. For this reason, enrollment is limited to (4) small groups of 10 women at any given time.

​

To honor the women who step into this sacred space first, I am offering special founding rates:

​

  • First 10 Women — $199/month  (Limited Time Only!)
    Reserved for the very first women who say yes to this journey. These founding sisters receive lifetime recognition as the women who helped birth this community.

 

  • Second 10 Women — $222/month  (Limited Time Only!)
    A deeply discounted early-founder rate for the next wave of women entering the Society.

 

  • All Additional Members — Regular Membership Rate of $333/month
    Once the founding spaces are filled, new members will enter at the standard pricing going forward.

 

  • Enrollment is limited to preserve the depth, safety, and quality of the experience. Once a tier is filled, the next tier becomes available automatically.

 

Because each group is guided through a six-month transformational journey, space only opens as women complete the program and graduate.

  • When all groups are full, new applicants are placed on a waitlist

​

  • New members are invited in as space becomes available when a group completes its six-month cycle

​

  • Graduation ceremonies and retreats are held four times per year, honoring the women who have completed their journey and creating space for the next circle to begin

 

This structure allows every woman to experience true connection, depth, and continuity, not just a membership, but a sacred container for real transformation.

The Sacred Self-Love Graduation Retreat

Where Healing Becomes Embodied

​

The Sacred Self-Love Society is not meant to end quietly.
After months of deep inner work, reflection, and transformation, you deserve to step fully into who you have become, not just intellectually, but in your body, your heart, and your lived experience.

​

The Graduation Retreat is the ceremonial completion of your six-month journey. It is where everything you’ve practiced is integrated through rest, ritual, community, and celebration. This is not a “getaway.”
 

It is a return to yourself, in sacred sisterhood.

While the retreat is not mandatory, it is profoundly recommended for women who wish to fully anchor their growth, close this chapter with intention, and step forward feeling rooted, witnessed, and complete.

Retreat Eligibility

​

This retreat is reserved exclusively for women who have fully completed their SSLS journey:

  • Completion of all 6 group sessions

  • Completion of all 6 private 1:1 sessions

  • Active participation in journaling prompts, rituals, and reflective practices

​​

This ensures that every woman arriving at the retreat has walked the path with integrity and is ready to be honored for the work she has done.

​

What’s Included

​

Your retreat experience is designed to be fully held, nourishing, and seamless:

​

  • All lodging in a beautiful private residence

  • All retreat programming & ceremonies

  • All meals, snacks, and beverages

  • Organic, healthy cuisine throughout the weekend

  • Evening organic wine with dinner (non-alcoholic beverages always available)

You are only responsible for your transportation to and from the retreat.

Retreats are held Friday through Sunday in select Arizona locations, depending on season and availability:  Scottsdale • Paradise Valley • Sedona • Flagstaff

Saturday — Ceremony, Healing & Embodiment

Morning

  • Sunrise yoga

  • Guided meditation & breathwork

Midday

  • Guest healer session or transformational teaching

  • Lunch & reflective integration time

  • Optional individual healing sessions (massage, Reiki, Tarot, facials)*

Late Afternoon / Early Evening

  • Sound bowl healing by the water

  • Rest, journaling, and sacred preparation

Sunset / Evening

  • Graduation Ceremony (2 hours)
    A deeply personal, guided ceremony honoring your journey, your growth, and the woman you have become

All add-ons must be paid in full one week prior to the retreat.

Because each retreat is intentionally intimate and requires careful planning:

  • Retreat participation must be confirmed at least 30 days in advance

  • This allows for securing the appropriate private residence and comfortable accommodations for every woman

Once you commit, your space is lovingly reserved.

Refund & Commitment Policy

The Sacred Self-Love Society is a deeply held, high-touch journey rooted in presence, integrity, and emotional safety. For that reason, enrollment is offered with a 10-day compassionate guarantee.

If within the first 10 days of enrollment OR before the first group session begins,  you feel that this container is not aligned for you at this time, you may request a full refund.

Once the cohort officially begins, all payments are non-refundable, as your space is reserved, your sessions are prepared, and the energy of the group is held with intention and care.

This policy honors both your sovereignty and the sacred nature of this work.
